Our Story

CCA was founded with a clear conviction: that fund managers and growing businesses across South-East Asia deserve a service partner that combines the rigour of the world's leading accounting firms with the responsiveness of a boutique team.

From offices in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, we serve fund managers, family offices, private companies, and pre-IPO businesses. Our directors and senior team are alumni of KPMG, BDO, and Ernst & Young — bringing technical depth across investment funds, REITs, payment institutions, and complex multinational structures.

Director

Loh Chee Hong

FCCA · MIA · BAcc (Hons), Oxford Brookes

Chee Hong is the Director of CCA. He has accumulated close to a decade of public accounting experience in Malaysia and Singapore with reputable international firms — including KPMG LLP, BDO LLP, BDO Kuala Lumpur, and Ernst & Young Kuala Lumpur.

At KPMG LLP, Chee Hong was a manager in the Financial Services Department, leading audit engagements for investment funds, REITs, fund managers, major payment institutions, CMS-licensed entities, real estate agents, and charities. He led the reverse-takeover project of a digital payment firm successfully listed on the Catalist market of SGX.

Chee Hong is a Fellow Member (FCCA) of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Chief Operating Officer

Stephenie Chia

ICAEW · MIA · MBA, Loughborough University

Stephenie joined CCA as a director in 2021. She has accumulated many years of audit and assurance experience in Malaysia, having joined BDO PLT upon graduating in 2012.

After leaving BDO PLT as an assistant manager in 2016, Stephenie became a partner of SC Business Consultancy PLT, providing company secretarial, accounting and taxation services for the retail, wholesale, trading, construction and services sectors. She has also managed a number of successful initial public offerings — both as a reporting accountant and an IPO advisor.

Stephenie is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
